Terms & Conditions

Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website at https://www.techcaddmohali.com and all services provided by techcadd Computer Education ("techcadd", "we", "our" or "us"), including course enrolment, training delivery, certification and placement assistance.

By accessing our website or enrolling in any programme, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

Eligibility

Our courses are open to individuals aged 16 and above. Applicants under 18 must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. Specific programmes may have additional eligibility requirements (educational qualifications, prior experience) which will be communicated during counselling.

Enrolment and Admission

Admission to any programme is confirmed only after the completion of registration formalities and payment of the applicable fee or first instalment. Seats in each session are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis upon confirmation.

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a session if the minimum number of students is not met. In such cases, enrolled students will be offered an alternative session or a full refund.

Fees and Payment

Course fees, instalment schedules and any EMI arrangements are communicated during counselling and recorded in your enrolment agreement. All fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Fees once paid are non-transferable to another person. Late payment of instalments may result in suspension of access to classes, labs and course materials until the outstanding amount is cleared.

We accept payment via cash, credit card, debit card, UPI, net banking and approved EMI options.

Refund Policy

Refunds are governed by our separate Refund Policy available at /refund-policy. By enrolling, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted the refund terms.

Attendance and Conduct

Students are expected to maintain the minimum attendance required for certification (typically 75% of scheduled sessions). Failure to meet attendance requirements may result in denial of certification or the need to repeat modules.

Students must conduct themselves professionally in classrooms, labs and project teams. Disruptive behaviour, harassment, academic dishonesty (including plagiarism), or misuse of techcadd property may lead to disciplinary action, including suspension or expulsion without refund.

Access to labs, recordings, the student portal and course materials is personal to you and may not be shared with others.

Course Content and Delivery

Curriculum, trainers, tools, software versions and session schedules may be revised at our discretion to keep programmes current with industry practice and technology advancements.

Course materials, presentations, recordings, assignments and project files provided during a programme are for your personal learning only and may not be reproduced, redistributed, sold or shared in any form without our prior written consent.

We strive to deliver all modules as outlined in the course syllabus. However, we reserve the right to modify, add or remove topics to better align with industry requirements.

Certifications

Certificates are issued upon successful completion of the course, subject to meeting attendance, assignment and project requirements. Certificates remain the intellectual property of techcadd and are issued for personal use only.

We do not guarantee that our certifications will be recognised by any specific employer, university or regulatory body. The value of any certification depends on the skills you acquire and demonstrate.

Placement Assistance

Placement assistance means active support including profile preparation, resume building, interview coaching, mock interviews and introductions to our hiring partner companies. It is not a guarantee of employment.

Placement outcomes depend on multiple factors including your performance in the programme, interview performance, market conditions and the requirements of hiring partners. techcadd shall not be held liable for placement outcomes.
